At Desert Paddles, we offer several ways to purchase products to fit your needs. Please review the information below to understand how each purchase option works and the cancellation policies that apply.

1. In-Stock Orders

Items marked as In Stock are typically processed and fulfilled within one (1) business day.

Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled.
• Once an order has been fulfilled and a shipping label has been created, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled.
• If the order has already entered the shipping process, return shipping or other applicable return fees may apply.

2. Preorders (Backordered Items)

From time to time, we offer preorders for products that are temporarily out of stock or on backorder.

Estimated Shipping Dates

• Every preorder includes an estimated ship-by date.
• These dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, production, or supply chain delays that are outside of our control.
• We will keep you informed throughout the process. Once your preorder is on its way to us from the manufacturer, we'll provide you with an updated status and a more accurate expected shipping date.

Preorder Cancellation

• You may cancel your preorder at any time before it ships for a full refund.
• If you decide you no longer wish to wait, simply contact us and we'll process your cancellation—no questions asked.

3. Subscription Orders

Certain products, such as pickleballs, grips, and other gear-related items, may be available as subscription purchases during checkout.

How Subscriptions Work

• Subscription orders are automatically billed and shipped according to the delivery frequency you select during checkout.
• Your payment method will be charged before each scheduled shipment.

Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the terms of your subscription agreement.
• Any cancellation will apply to future scheduled shipments that have not yet been processed.
